Mechanical consulting services
We have comprehensive knowledge of many project classifications, including residential, commercial, institutional, retrofit, equipment replacements, mission critical and industrial. We provide consulting services throughout the design phase from concept inception to construction completion.
Construction drawings and contract administration services
We provide complete HVAC and plumbing drawing and specification packages for tender, building permit, and construction. We provide contract administration services during the construction phase.
Building assessments, lifecycle reviews, and equipment upgrades
We analyze existing systems for potential energy conservation measures, upgrades or replacement. We provide detailed reports to inform capital planning expenditures, and identify existing mechanical system issues and provide recommendations remediation/optimization.
Integrated systems testing (IST)
We act as an IST coordinator to oversee the IST process, develop the testing plan, and witness the testing in accordance with CAN/ULC-S1001. We provide stamped IST certificate, which is required for building occupancy.
Existing building commissioning
We provide existing building commissioning services to ensure mechanical systems are operating as designed. We analyze existing system drawings and adjust operating parameters to optimize system performance.
Mechanical system troubleshooting
We pride ourselves in being problem solvers when it comes to mechanical systems. We investigate and determine root causes of problems and failures is our specialty, and we work with our clients to provide economic solutions to resolve systemic issues.
We always prioritize front-end planning to ensure our designs meet the needs of our clients, saving you time and money by reducing costly change orders and schedule extensions.
We’ll collaborate with consultant teams, end users, contractors, and the authorities having jurisdiction during design to support cross discipline coordination. We also carry out a comprehensive internal peer review process throughout the design phase. During construction, we perform contract administration services to ensure that the installation meets the design intent, and the systems operate as intended.
